• The term "loan" refers to financial assistance that users can apply for through the Platform. The loan is sanctioned and provided by the Lender, subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the "Loan Agreement."
• The "outstanding amount" encompasses the total sum, including the principal loan amount, accrued interest, and any associated fees owed by the user to the Lender on the due date.
• The "Platform" encompasses both the mobile app and website provided by the Company. The "Services" refer to the facilitation of short-term loans by the Lender through the Company's platform.
• "Third-party platforms" include social networking sites like LinkedIn and Facebook. "User data" refers to any information, documents, or materials provided by the user to the Company.
• Finally, the "Website" refers to the online platform operated by the Company.

• The services provided by the Company enable users to apply for loans if they meet the specified requirements within the app. By utilising these services, users acknowledge and agree that DEVMUNI LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED is responsible for collecting, verifying, and validating user data necessary for loan approval.
• To access the services, users are required to register and log in through their third-party platform account. During the application process, users must submit and upload user information using the mobile app form, including personal details and financial information.
• Upon successful verification, users may become eligible for loan approval by the Lender, subject to specific eligibility criteria and conditions.
• It is the user's responsibility to repay the loan amount to the lender on the specified due date(s) indicated in the Mobile Application Form.
• Users are solely responsible for any actions taken using their user account and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Users are granted a limited right to download, install, access, and use the app on their mobile devices, subject to compliance with these terms. The app is licensed to users, not sold, and may only be used in accordance with these terms.

Users agree not to engage in fraudulent activities, misuse the platform for illegal purposes, or engage in behaviour that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or offensive. Additionally, users are prohibited from uploading prohibited content, distributing malicious software, or engaging in activities that disrupt or damage the platform or associated networks. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

DEVMUNI LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED does not provide warranties regarding the content available on the platform. Users are solely responsible for any content they post or make available through the platform.

By registering with DEVMUNI LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED, users grant full rights, including intellectual property rights, to the content and platform. Users agree to respect and use any logos, service marks, or trademarks associated with the platform. Unauthorised use of such intellectual property may violate applicable laws.

The platform may contain links to external websites owned and operated by third parties. Users acknowledge that these third-party sites are independent of the platform and beyond DEVMUNI LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED's control. The Company does not provide representations or warranties regarding the content of these sites.

The presence of third-party advertisements on the platform does not imply endorsement or recommendation by DEVMUNI LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED. Users are encouraged to engage directly with advertisers for further information.

The platform may provide ancillary services, such as chat rooms and blogs, operated by DEVMUNI LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED or third parties. Users must not use these services for illegal activities or violate the rights of others.

DEVMUNI LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED reserves the right to terminate these terms under specific circumstances, including violations of these terms or legal obligations. Users are responsible for settling any outstanding amounts even after termination of the agreement.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless DEVMUNI LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED from any third-party claims or demands arising from violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

DEVMUNI LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the services or platform.

DEVMUNI LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED shall not be liable for disruptions to the platform due to events beyond its control.

Pre-Disbursement Cancellation: In the event that the loan has been sanctioned but remains undispersed, cancellation is permissible.

Cancellation After Disbursement: Should the applicant opt to rescind the service post-loan disbursement within a 24-hour window, repayment of the principal sum is mandatory.

Refund of Excess Payments: Any surplus payments rendered will be promptly reimbursed within 5-7 business days following the reconciliation of loan repayment.

DEVMUNI LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED collects, shares, and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

DEVMUNI LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, Delhi, India.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and DEVMUNI LEASING AND FINANCE LIMITED. Users agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
